I had been crying I had been broken down
I was shattered to the point I thought I could feel nothing
I thought nothing would bring me up
make me happy
make me smile
but I was wrong and he filled my cup
I wasn't broken any longer
I could smile without forcing my face to try
I could laugh without feeling like I was going to cry
and he made it better
he made me better
and all he said was hi
